2. Membership and Access
Memberships are non-transferable and subject to approval.
Members must present valid identification or membership credentials for entry.
Guests may be allowed but must adhere to our guest policy and sign a waiver.
3. Payments and Fees
Membership fees must be paid as per the agreed-upon schedule.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
No refunds will be provided except as required by law.
4. Gym Rules and Conduct
Members must follow all posted gym rules and staff instructions.
Proper attire and footwear are required at all times.
Equipment must be used appropriately and returned after use.
No harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
Personal training services are only permitted by our certified trainers.
5. Health and Safety
Members must ensure they are medically fit to participate in activities.
Any health concerns should be discussed with a physician before using our services.
We are not responsible for injuries sustained while using our facilities.
6. Personal Belongings
Members are responsible for their own personal belongings.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Lockers are available but do not guarantee absolute security.
7. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of these Terms.
No refunds will be issued in cases of termination due to misconduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using our facilities.
Members assume all risks associated with gym activities.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes must be resolved in Pennsylvania.
